At Guardify, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. We accept returns for unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand how the return process works.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

How to Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Contact us at info@guardifypk.com or visit our store with your order details and reason for return.
  • Pack the item securely in its original or protective packaging to avoid damage in transit.
  • Ship the item back to our warehouse/office at your own expense.
  • Include a note inside the package mentioning your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior notice may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds are processed within 2 working days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit — as per your preference.
  • Delivery charges (approx. Rs. 500) are non-refundable in all cases.

Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will dispatch the replacement item after receiving and verifying the returned product.
  • A delivery charge of Rs. 500 applies for all replacement deliveries.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned after 7 days of purchase.
  • Products with broken seals or removed packaging.
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product listing.
  • Custom or bulk orders placed under a special procurement agreement.
