Guardify has partnered with Pakistan’s leading courier services to ensure your orders are handled professionally from our warehouse to your doorstep.

  • PostEx (postex.pk) — our primary logistics partner, offering reliable nationwide coverage and real-time tracking.
  • Call Courier — our secondary partner, ensuring broad reach across all major and remote cities of Pakistan.

Together, these partners ensure a hassle-free delivery and returns experience for all Guardify customers.

Shipping Charges

We believe safety should be accessible — which is why Guardify offers free shipping on orders weighing less than 3 kg. No minimum order amount. No hidden charges. What you see is what you pay.

  • Free Shipping — applies to all orders with a total weight of less than 3 kg.
  • Overweight / Oversized Items — products exceeding 3 kg in weight or with high volume/bulky dimensions will incur additional delivery charges. The applicable charge will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
  • If your order contains a mix of standard and overweight items, our team will inform you of any extra shipping cost before dispatch.

Order Confirmation

We verify every order before dispatch to ensure accuracy and prevent any delivery issues.

  • New customers will receive an order confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp from our Customer Service Representative.
  • Please ensure your contact number is correct and reachable at the time of ordering.
  • Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking ID to monitor your shipment in real time

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • During peak shopping seasons or periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Note: Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via call, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website:
