At Guardify, we understand that plans change. This policy outlines when and how you can cancel an order placed on guardifypk.com. Please read it carefully before reaching out to us.

How to Cancel Your Order

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible through any of the following:

  • Email: info@guardifypk.com — include your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Phone/WhatsApp: Contact our support team during business hours (Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Walk-in: Visit our store at Shop #39, Adnan Center, Nicol Road, Karachi.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

  • Online payments (card/bank transfer) will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that haven’t shipped are simply cancelled — no charge is made.
  • No refund is applicable once the order has been shipped.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped.
  • Custom or bulk orders placed under a special procurement agreement.
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product listing.
